DAYTON — A public indecency charge is pending against a man who allegedly exposed himself and “violated” a parked van, according to a Dayton, Ohio, police report.
Police believe Michael William Henson, 35, was high on some type of narcotic when he was arrested Tuesday evening near the 800 block of St. Nicholas Avenue, according to the report.
Police said officers responded to the report of a man who was “acting strange.”
Witnesses told officers the man pulled his pants down and inserted “his genitals in the grill of a red van” that was parked on the street, according to the report.
The suspect then briefly passed out in a yard before getting up and walking away, according to witnesses statements.
Police said officers found the suspect walking along Deanwood Avenue and he appeared to be under the influence.
Police said officers found the owner of the van and asked him if he had witnessed “the sex act.”The man said he had not seen it.
Henson is being held in the Montgomery County Jail on $2,500 bond.
