The part in that book where the sheep are only too please to be offered up for the Slaughter is very reminiscent of people engaged in politics today. And while I was never a fan of the idea of trump as president I do find it hilarious how far people get over the moon at seemingly everything he does. It's a double edged sword though just because people are crying on the left doesn't make for good policy on the right and I hope people can step back at some point from "team sport politics" and focus on hard choice sound policy. We need some band-aid ripping to happen to get back on track here.

That **** is just another example of "Play stupid games..."

Everybody standing there has watched dozens of YT videos already of what happens when people leave a carshow. Everybody standing there is hoping to see burnouts. Everybody standing there is hoping to see somebody spin out or get ticketed or film "something" they can put on YT. To take your kids there and stand front-row-center for the inevitable is ******* criminal stupid.
