This is both exciting to me and terrifying as our ability to distinguish real video vs AI-generated content has become very challenging as of yesterday with the release of Sora by OpenAI. Here is a link to a completely AI generated "video" of a cat walking through the woods using Sora 1.0. Each iteration of this software will likely produce even more realistic video.

It hits leaves and plant stalks.
And they deflect, rebound, and oscillate in a realistic way.
It's not perfect. A lot of objects just pass straight through kitty. But some do not.
So the algorithm, while selective in its attention, has got mass and stiffness figure out. Something which few human animators do well.
