No, not the little "it needs to be fixed stuff". It's got over 300k on it! The suspension is shot. The busings are all worn out. Steering is loose, ball joints or tie rod ends are probably gone, and the whole thing rattles and shakes.

300k on nearly any vehicle means it's reaching the end of it's life, no matter how well it's been treated. Unless it's all been recently replaced, and I'm betting it hasn't.

 

I'd rather spend $5K more and get 1/3 the miles.
