It was taken down at the detail shop back when we were toying around with the MT calender contest.
The funny thing is, the lights weren't on. So that's just a gimmicky little dot of light they added.

I've caught copycats on eBay at least a dozen times so far and each time I send them a message and let them know, that I know.

Send them a DMCA takedown notice. At the end of the email / letter offer to license them the photo for a reasonable fee. Remind them that the statutory damages for copyright infringement are between $750 - $30000. (17 USC § 504). This should set the tone for a healthy negotiation of either money / parts.

doesn't matter who you are. Your images are yours and all use without your permission is illegal. Especially for promotional/advertisement purposes. I've had to go through this a few times myself.

That movie is ******* retarded, but I can't help but laugh a little. The noise Betty makes when the pyramids get pulled out of his chest is priceless. I often make that noise at random to entertain myself. I do it pretty accurately, actually.
