Not familiar with fishing using explosives? Underwater explosion creates shockwave, kills or stuns fish, which you can then just skim off the surface.

The trick, however, is to not have the explosive detonate 1 foot underwater, right next to the boat.

I wonder why everyone in russia has a dash cam, but then again I answered my own question

 

2 reasons. to have proof when something happens to you so you definitely get something from the insurance of you did nothing wrong.

Also, insurance scams are HUGE in Russia. A guy might throw himself on the hood of your car and claim you hit him and demand money. The cams are there to protect yourself from lowlife scammers.
