What a friggin' driver!!! I've never seen so much quick countersteering at such high speeds!
From the days before traction control, an oldie but a goodie, the Ruf CTR "Yellowbird" Porsche on street tires on the Nurburgring. Yes, the video was done in the days of videotape. So awesome.
If not a repost, it should be. Someone has to have posted this before.

Is that not Walter Rhorl driving?
There is a youtube vid with a guy driving an FXX at Rijeka, look it up. There are a couple of moments where I though he was goner for sure, but his reaction time was amazing.
I love that he's wearing an izod, jeans, and house slippers.
Also, I recognize the left-right transition at 5:58-6:03, just after the guy standing in the track as the same corner from another video with all the fully-loaded VW bugs keep going off into the trees and streaming their luggage all over the track.
EDIT: Guess it's called the Nordschleife.

Sam, that corner is referred to as Adnauer Forst. The Nordschleife is the larger 14 mile portion of the track. And yes, the Adenauer Forst turns are famous for sneaking up on people.
