My buddy Mark who did the machining on my block would need a higher gauge. He carves SR20 and RB26 blocks out of aluminum with his CNC machine. His last SR20 car was producing 1385whp at about 65psi on alcohol. I'm not sure which turbo he was using.

Here is a pic I snapped in his shop of an RB26 block being carved. It is going to Qatar, I believe he said.
