Every year I make something to give to one of my sons for Christmas; last year it was that slammed Hot Rod Red Wagon I made for my little guy. This year it's the big guys turn, so I whipped up this drop-deck downhill longboard for him. It's a modular sort of thing, the lexan "outriggers" can be removed and replaced by different kinds of outriggers, deck "wing" pieces or whatever we want to whip up to go on there. Being a Safety Conscious Dad like I am, I also added marker and tail light LEDs.
