werd. i played hockey for almost 12 years and had a catastrophic knee injury. reinjured it after that. i can't really run, can't do any high-impact exercise. i walk alot, but i need to get my knee scoped again...some days it feels like someone slowly pushing an exacto knife through my knee, then somedays it's just fine.

i weighed 190 at 6' when i played.

Oh i hear you, one knee feels like someone is pulling tape off of my skin from the inside, the other feels.. well you know when you kneel down and kneel on a rock? Yeah like that, cept im not kneeling

. Specially with this weather, temp swings kill me.

Ive been having good luck with raquetball and that eliptical thing

Being heavier just means that I need to learn to drive a little bit better than my lightweight opponant! I even autocross with a co-pilot since im just driving for fun right now.

Yup I've gained 15-20 lbs within the past 11 months after destroying my knee & leg. I've just gotten to the point where I can take my dog on short walks around the neighborhood. No jogging yet, and certainly no sports. Sucks.

Gotta say, I'm surprised at how many big ****** there are on this forum driving these tiny cars. You guys make hustler a flyweight.

I still exercise regularly - it's the only thing that keeps me sane sitting behind a computer for a living.

Rican had me beet when he was a kid, but he probably wasn't driving a Miata then. Currently I'm 299. Just 1 Twinkie away from 300.
