Anyone try rio grande pancho verde chile cerveza? It is just what it sounds like, a chili flavored beer. It is delicious. HEB decided to have a make your own 6 pack thing, and I ponied up and threw one in the pack, and it was worth it. I had my doubts at first, but this crap is pretty delicious and unique. I just drank it straight from the bottle out of laziness, but I recommend that someone tries it.

Gonna pick up a Heavy Seas Sunken Sampler for the July 4th weekend.

http://greatbrewers.com/product/heav...-mixed-12-pack

I'm a big Loose Cannon fan and have liked Clipper City brews back when they were Clipper City.

Might grab some Flying Dog depending on selection.

Those labels look like Ralph Steadman did the artwork.

Sampled all six flying dogs last night and there wasn't a bad one in the bunch. I'm not much of a hefeweizen guy but thought it was much better than Blue Moon. Favs were probably the Golden Ale and IPA.

The Miata gods were looking out for me too. I called it a night at about 11:30 and went up to bed. Woke up at 2:30 in the morning because I couldn't sleep and remembered I left the top down on the car. Went out, put it up, and watched two episodes of Fallen Skies and during the 2nd (at about 4am) I heard thunder, saw lightning, and it began pouring so I saved myself from a day of drying out my interior. Blame it on the Flying Dog. I don't sleep well if I drink.

Steadman FTW. Love his work. I have a large format edition of 'The Curse of Lono' and the artwork is fantastic to look at.

Nice, tell your Vagina I said hi. I didn't feel like driving farther than 2 minutes, so all I was stuck with was my gas station collection. Budwieser American Ale doesn't suck... thats all I will say about it. I have definitely had worse. Atleast I still have 3 Rio Grandes, and people bringing more (hopefully non-****) beer over.

The Summer Solstice could be quite a few breweries... Apparently that is a popular name for them.

Cracking one of these tonight with a few friends. One of 50 bottles made...

Funny, I mentioned it to a co-worker and he said he had that beer last week and really liked it, went out of his way to find out where he could buy a 6-pack.
