im not really woried about ford either. good thing too, i have been a ford guy since day one.

Granted Unions aren't with out their problems, but to say that they only protect the weak is utter bullshit.

I haven't worked for any

I have had 4 different unions work for me, and again a good worker will stay employed its the weak dumb less experienced workers that are protected.

Have you taken a look at the contracts that the UAW has with the big 3?
