im not really woried about ford either. good thing too, i have been a ford guy since day one.

True. Their European cars are very popular, and they have some awesome cars in Australia as well. (give us the Falcon!)

I haven't worked for any

I have had 4 different unions work for me, and again a good worker will stay employed its the weak dumb less experienced workers that are protected.

Have you taken a look at the contracts that the UAW has with the big 3?

The UAW is retarded, truly biting the hand that feeds. But one shouldn't paint all Unions with the same brush.

The unions I have dealt with do nothing to create company loyalty or reward experienced workers other than letting them go first.
