I dunno man. The HPDE's would be cool, but I'm willing to bet that it gets WAY worse there when it snows than it does here. People act like its the end of days when they say it MIGHT snow in Seattle. I mean, ****, they canceled school last year because of the possibility of 2 inches of snow...which never came...and they kept on canceling.

Well no snow in Austin but the last two winters have been much colder then normal. it is this damn El Nino! warming everything west of the Rockies and hosing those of us that are east for the Rockies

There aren't supposed to be the voice of the party, they are news commentators (Glenn isn't even in the party). Although the way Robert Gibbs behaves, I could see how that could be misconstrued.

I wasn't saying that they say they are the voice of the party, but are taken as the voice of the party by masses. They are the source that is easiest to access and most widespread, so people take it as the faces/voices of the Republican Party. They aren't meant to be, but in this day where people don't know how to read a damn book or look anything up for themselves, TV commentators turn into thier source for all thier own politcal views.
