Any one other then me, spend more on coffee every week then on fuel? Wile sipping on my second Café Mocha of the day, it dawned on me that I was spending 70 dollars a week on coffee. This dose not include the regular coffee that I consume during the course of the day, or if I purchase a coworker a cup O Joe. Am I the only one here that is contributing more to the coffers of star bucks then OPEC?
Yes I know I know, technically I am not buying gas right now ( you are buying it for me) and we dont have star bucks here its Green Bean but I never use 70 bucks a week in the Miata.

we had chitty coffee at work and I made them switch to Peets.
btw, in most of europe, there's no "cup of coffee". just watered down espresso and the goofy look you get for ordering one.

I drank so much of that while i was in spain, lucky i'm not a diabetic now. That and the churros, mmm. I miss the european bakery shops. Think they just called it chocolaté, we brought some back with us in powdered. Not exactly the same but still pretty damn good. Best part of that trip was hitting up a bar right when they were closing, having it all to ourselves as a group and spending the rest of the night drinking out of Das Boots(1.5L).

Hell yes, I LOVE the bakery shops there. I was in France for a week with my art class and every single day my art teacher and I would go on a pastry run, no matter what city we were in we always found some awesome pastries. That's one reason I love europe, no matter what country you're in the food just plain kicks ***!

'87 gas just broke $3/gal in SoCal again this wk. i also bought a $2 double espresso this wknd.
after returning from europe, i haven't had a cup of cafe americana. nor have i purchased a tank of '93 oct for the miata.
what i'm trying to say is: i'm a too cheap of a bastard to have an addiction/vices.
