Thanks, I figuered it would be clean. Here is the history as presented, it is being sold by someone in my local autox club

Car is a 2002 Lincoln town car with 44k miles. It was owned by his wife's grandfather who passed away this summer. He is selling it for the family for $6900. I'm looking at it tomorrow, and if I can get it for $6500, it seems like it would be a great winter/offseason car.
