Anyone else want to try to convince me that Palin is better than Obama?

pat, the use of Obama's middle name says a lot. it says "we have to pick on the esoteric aspects of the candidate himself because we have no real substance to compete with him."
the defense given when people are called out for using his middle name? pointless. we all are smarter than to think it's just using his name. the republicans desperately want it to mean something. and they still dont call each other by their full names including middle names, do they? No they do not. I bet most people dont even know John McCain or Sarah Palin's middle name without looking it up. I didn't.

I don't trust a guy with the name Barack Hussein Obama to run the US. I'm not too crazy into politics, at least I never was before. Everyone has an opinion, and everyone will go on and on and on to defend their points. I only know what I read online or see on the news in the morning. And Obama doesn't seem to have that great of a past, nor too good of friends.
Beyond all the ****....what college did they go to, who's smarter, who speaks better, who has governed a more populated state, etc etc. Go into anyone's past and you can pull up some ****. Everyone says something by accident or that they may not have meant at some point in their life. Why pick out little things that she said or did....small little worries considering the times. The country is in trouble.....and people are seriously debating voting for a guy named Barack Hussein Obama for the president of the United States? Give me a ******* break....

Palin = VPilf.
Obama Pilf.
I'll tell you the one thing I fear most about Barack Obama- he's black.
Personally, I don't so much give a ****. My family tree is sufficiently twisted that I'm not really in a position to criticize. And yeah, I know that "he's only 23 and nine-seventeenths percent black" or whatever. But the reality is that if he gets elected, he's going to be assassinated. There's just no question here. And assassinations have historically had a destabilizing effect on the host nation, which is something we don't really need just right now.
Does anybody find it odd that we're spending so much time comparing Palin to Obama? Palin isn't running for President, she's running for VP. What the hell does the VP actually have to know other than how to attend the grand opening of a new hybrid widget factory?
Besides, assuming McCain goes down with a stroke at some point, I really wanna see the look on King Abdullah II's face when Sarah goes over to visit and he has to shake hands with a chick.

I wonder if john MCcain remembers the signs on the front of businesses that said "Irish need not apply" when he was a baby. A last name like "Mc-anything" was enough then.
I can't convince you that your fear of a name is irrational and unfounded. I can only sit back and be amazed that a name decides your vote.
And honestly, he'd make a way better martyr than Palin would make a good anything.

They are all equally full of ****.
I miss Ron Paul, not that he was all that great- but imo better than both the current candidates.
Honestly, i don't know who the hell I'm going to vote for. I strongly disagree with Mccain in some(most) aspects, and i really hate palin. While I agree that Obama stands chance to be assassinated if he takes office, I really like some of his views (and hate some of his others).
I guess I'm going to have to just watch it all go down.

+1 to Y8s, vash, and Perez.
Y8s, I'm not into Politics that much. I don't have 20 reasons why Obama should/shouldn't be president. But I agree with Vash for the most part. I'll be damned if I'm voting for Barack Hussein Obama for President of the United States of America. I can't do that. Maybe you think he's great and whatever. Then vote for him. I won't. And too many others won't. I think come election time Obama will be defeated.
And I also agree with Perez that he will most likely be assassinated if he's somehow elected into office. I've thought that ever since I heard he was running for president. I've heard others say they think this too.

This whole Hussein Obama thing is a red herring. However...
Obama's puppetmaster is Zbigniew Brzezinski, a man who was recruited by Henry Kissinger in the 70s. In case you don't know, Kissinger is a man who should be tried for war crimes.
Brzezinski wrote a book that is eerily similar to the PNAC's famous document "Rebuilding America's Defenses":

Not to say that McCain is any better... he's a Neocon true and through.
Try reading this about the crashing economy. It connects the monetary system, Big Finance, and the 2 presidential candidates:

what they're doing is tame compared to some widely accepted religious ceremonies.

Obama will win. Get over it. If nothing else has done it this economic crisis has really clarified what a hypocrite and a fool McCain is. Obama has a statistically significant lead at this point and unless something outrageous happens he won't lose. That said there are plenty of things I don't like about Obama. He's too hawkish and too centrist for my taste. He's pro oil exploration, etc... If he is elected though I seriously doubt he would get assassinated.
