Let's see if the jackass bites:

Hello in River Falls!

I found your listing on Craigslist, and I have to say I'm very impressed. It's very rare that you see a car compared to stock cars with descriptions that you rarely see outside of the primary school playground; you sir, have a gift for putting things in perspective.

I'm interested in finding out a bit more about the car, such as how long since the clutch was last replaced, what is the condition of the braking system, and does it have any electrical issues or mechanical issues that have not been addressed. Speaking of addresses, do you ever keep any of the info for the women that hit on you in the car? I'm not far away (north of St Paul) and figured that I could just cruise some of the areas that you go, and try to hook up with them. Maybe if they see the car, they'll just think I'm you, and it will be on!

About the car, what's the condition of the leather? Any tears or stains? I had a car that was so fast at one point that when I turned corners sometimes my friends or their moms would get sick. I found that I could usually remove any stains left over, but not always. The smell was another story LOL. That reminds me, how loud is that exhaust really? My friends mom that rides with me from time to time doesn't like loud noises as much, and I don't want her to be scared when she rides in there. Does it set off car alarms when you drive by? It would be hard to drop her off without my friend's dad knowing about it.

So what do you think? Will you take less? I know with only 65K miles on it, it's probably worth your asking price, and that fact that you are including both a stock stereo and the Alpine that's already in there makes this very appealing, I just don't have as much as you are asking today. Also, where is the car located? Is it at the B8VTECH ranch in MT, or is it there with you? I'd like to drive it, and see if we can find some of those hot women.

Please let me know, because I like looking for hot women.

Thx!

I actually have a 98 GS-R that I am going to be selling soon. I should just put my pics in his add and post it and see what happens.

I didn't know Hondas had timing chains.

That's all I got out of reading all of that.

Well at least he finally replied. He did deliver on being annoyed about the mileage issue.

Never replaced clutch...it shifts like a dream. Brakes are about half worn, good for at least 2 years or so. You are going to have to find your own milfs. Leather is like new...except for where your *** hits the drivers side, there is a small tear. I rarely have a passenger, and never in back. Check out the youtube video I posted to hear the exhaust...it's gonna wake the dude up. Yes, it sets off alarms once in a while.

You need to reread the listing, the last line especially about the price.

Later,
Nick

PS. The car has 128K, what 128K....not 65K, and it comes with the stock stereo ONLY. Although, it is wired for subs, etc.

Obviously, I felt obligated to reply and thank him for pointing out the misunderstanding... so that I could annoy him with a few more.

Nick,

Thanks for getting back with me, and answering so many questions. And thanks so much for correcting me on the miles on the car, it is very helpful to point out that the car does not have 128K on it. Misunderstandings can really make or break a car deal, right? I'm really impressed that the leather has been all replaced (well, except for that part at the bottom of the driver's seat) and is still in near new condition. You must get a lot of compliments on the car that way. That's what I'm really looking for, a car that I'll get complimented on constantly. I think it lets everyone around you know that people think highly of you, and respect you. I'm a bit of lone wolf like you, rarely a passenger, all about the mystery... never want to take kids with me anywhere.

So can you tell me more about this problem it has with the alarm going off once in a while? Is it an electrical problem, or a neighbor's annoying cat? I have a neighbor with the most terrible cat. I'll clean my car and be all impressed with myself, and post the pictures on Facebook, then the next day there will be paw prints all over it. My neighbor's cat never sets off the alarm though, just uses my front garden as a litter box. I'm not too worried about the alarm if it is suffering electrical problems, as I'm taking a course to become an electrician and I bet I could take care of that during the semester at some point. Besides, the fact that it already comes with subs in it, more than makes up for the alarm issues.

Thanks for the video link too. Are there more videos of it? It's dark already, so what else can you send me? Any photos of the inside? What's your schedule like so that I can come get it for $4000?

Thx!
