I like the black rockers but after the comments I went back a looked again. I would paint the lip black before I would paint the rockers, especially on a lowered car. Stock height all red helps "lower" it but on yours, black with a black lip would be ****.
Super nice looking car, though. Props to dad for taking it out and shooting it for you. Pics came out well.

Thanks man, I forgot what stock looks like...
j/k
They're silver and 15x7
If it was a stock lip, I'd leave it black. But I like the look of the painted GV too much.
I dunno, the head-on and front end shot are in my parent's driveway, the 3/4 shots are somewhere I don't recognize. Downtown maybe?

Nah, but I've always had lowered cars so I'm pretty confident in my ability to avoid major hazards that might damage the lower half of the car. There are a few battle scars, like the dent in the PS rocker panel (might have to squint, I painted over it to lessen its visibility), the small crack in the lip (DS, 3-4" inboard of the left endtank) and various scrapes under the car. Florida is pretty friendly too it, Georgia was less so but still manageable. Lemme dig up a pic taken from my old driveway...
Your brave. If something that cost $200 was that close to the ground on my car I would be afraid to drive it. Then again the roads here are terrible. Sure looks good though, I want one.
my car is 12.5" in the front and my GV lip scrapes a bit on occasion if I'm not careful.. Always worried about it. The new ones are urethane now, so they are pretty durable and have some flex in them before they crack.
