lol @ people even considering a cat from a breeder. I have 5 of 9 left that need a home, bad. Street kitties are so much better than a cat without a story. I am hunted, daily; you don't get that with a kitty factory cat.

But I want a big cat like a savannah. :(

I already rescued two kitties, I'll definitely get more in a few years.

my mom always picked the runt of the litter from shelters. they always turned out to be great cats, one lived to be 16, the other 21, and our current os 12 and as healthy as the day we got her.

We have two males. Bentley (above), gets in trouble a lot like his daddy. Hemi (our two year old and no I had nothing to do with the fact that both are car related names), is the snuggler/lap cat. Bentley is too busy getting into stuffs.

I got my Norwegian Forest cat from the county animal shelter....

I doubt I'll "find" a Bengal cat in a shelter or adoption agency though.

I find it fitting that one of my most active threads ever on this forum is about cats, with a misleading title about sexual orientation.

Sadly, my roommate is not giving in on letting me have a cat. Stupid allergies. I guess she had it tested a couple months ago and cat allergy came back as "extreme".

I was tested extreme for cat allergies, and about 100 other things I've never once had a reaction to.

Unfortunately I guess she has confirmed this at friends' houses who have cats. She gets itchy and stuff, apparently.
