Maybe, you'd have to convince me to come with something really good like NOPI chics.

No, but I'd come to an East Coast meet if it was more central.

I'm sure everyone has their favorite local dyno, but I'd probably keep it at the same place in DE to make it as central as possible. Also, I've already talked to the owner and because we've been there a few times, they will provide both the grill as well as a decent discount (to be determined by how many cars will be there) probably somewhere in the $30/car range if we get enough cars. Plus, he'll let us run the show so a few extra pulls here and there as well as quick tweaks are fine. We just need to bring the food/drink/cars.

This will be more of a meet/dyno pulls rather than a tuning day as it has always been b/c for a true tuning day you are talking about a loading dyno and just a few cars b/c of the time involved. Hopefully, we'll get done early enough again to hit the kart track too. Sometime late winter, I'll post another poll for dates. Thanks for the input as it saved me from planning a dyno day for a bunch of guys in Atlanta.

Steph, if you wanted to come out, you are more than welcome. I live a stones throw from the Philadelphia airport so I'd have no problems picking you up/dropping you off along the way.

I just don't think that DE is a "central as possible" location. A majority of people come from the NOVA area which is like a 3 hour drive. Most of you coming from PA and NJ its an hour or less. An example of "Central" is MD, which can be 1-2 hrs for each party.

Maybe this ought to be split into NE / VA meet discussion and SE / GA discussion?

Great we'll have it in MD so olderguy, paul, and the guys from north NJ can drive 3 hours + and then bitch about it. FWIW, I believe that their drive is 2 hours+ so it's not like they are not making the effort. Seriously, there is no pleasing everyone because everyone wants it as close as possible. I'm sorry if it's too far for some peeps.

On a side note, of all peeps, I can't believe that you complain about the distance since one of your numerous girlfriends is nearby.
