The gears in our cars are short as ****. Sometimes its not even worth it to downshift just to shift again in 2 seconds.

 

yeah 110 in 4th ftl 140 ish in 5th is sad in retrospect of some cars but that is why we just have to get there as quickly as possible.

 

I played with a 1st gen Viper tonight. I didn't win, but you know the driver was tripping when we clipped 130mph and there was a miata right next to him...that had another gear. lol

Now that I have the 3.63 with the 6-speed I have full traction in 3rd on concrete again with the 15x8's, so its much safer. I can even use 2nd now if I exercise some restraint. I can't wait to tune at 20psi.

 

You should get some good vids of your car man. This forum is SERIOUSLY lacking with the vids. So many sick *** cars, and we get to see a shitty *** 1 second clip like every once a year.

agreed. we do have quiet a bit of REALLY fast cars on this forum.

 

Its had to justify the camera when I could buy a set of r-comps for the same price.
