The shop I work for just got a DynoJet installed. I so far have tuned zero miatas on it, and I have zero free time available to get my own on it. But there's a quite a few projects of mine waiting on a few parts that will eventually allow me to use the damn thing.
Sooner or later though, I've got a square top intake manifold that needs to justify it's existence, and I may take the opportunity to play around with either race gas or E85 to get close to 400.
Nice! Excited for you guys, I'm sure it will make a lot of the stuff you do much more convenient now that you won't need to drive over to Oregon City any time you want to use the dyno.
Finally did get a chance to use it. First a 10ae with an FM turbo kit and stock clutch. That ended quickly. Then my car to verify everything’s healthy and comparative to the last dyno it was at.
This wastegate, 19psi, and after I let it cool for 5 or so minutes.
next I need to find what’s filling my catch can and intercooler pipes with oil. Either positive crank case pressure I need to vent, or less likely, efr seal issues.
