Actually it was bicycles, but....

A driver in front of me made a dangerous stop, at a freeway on-ramp from a 6-lane road, to let bicycles cross against a red pedestrian crossing light. I hoooonked, to no avail. Then made a buuuurrrnnnooout.

Stupid woman thought she was being courteous, without realizing the danger she created.

 

Since when do you drive in the kitchen

But they are pedestrians! They always have the right of way!

 

Seems like we've had a lot of hit-and-run or just plain dead pedestrians and cyclists lately. I can recall at least three in the last few months, and that's just cyclists.

 

Why couldn't Helen Keller drive a car?

Not sure what I hate more. Woman drivers or bad drivers.

Indecisive drivers and Inefficient drivers

Indecisive drivers cause accidents because their actions are unpredictable
Inefficient drivers wait at a traffic light until the intersection is completely clear before beginning their left turn, they apparently lack the instinctive collision prediction system in the mental programming of all species of predatory animals.

 

I've had numerous cars stop for me in the middle of a street when I was waiting to cross. I NEVER cross in front of a car unless it's in a crosswalk or something, I don't trust them; I wave them by.

But it's stupid, had the dude just minded his own busniess, I could have crossed BEHIND HIM WHERE NO OTHER CAR WAS IN SIGHT!

I also hate when a car will stop to let you turn left across their intersection. I've seen that happen where a car stopped to let someone turn, and the guy in the far lane didn't slow/see and the car turn left made the turn and they crashed.

 

Women drivers, no survivors.....

Seriously, I visited Portland recently and it was loaded with hipsters on bikes. The girlfriend and I kept seeing these blue (IIRC) bicycle stencils spraypainted all over streets, sidewalks, bridge abutments and sides of buildings. She asked me "What do you think is up with all these blue bikes?" I replied "It probably denotes where people have died on bikes." Our local friend replied "How did you know that?" "I guessed. All these people ride like ****** and I'm sure they get squashed all the time"

Oregon sure was nice though. I'd move there but people would hate me for being from California.
