Yeah, apparently Eric was wearing an Ipod and "didn't hear the officer the first time"

My first thought was why didn't he sit the **** down and call the guy sir.... would have averted alot of issues that way. Hell I got arrested... but It was as pleasant an experience as an arrest could be, because I was courteous to the officers involved and didn't give them any extra ****

nope, asssult is the threat, battery is the action. i took a few law classes in high school and collage and they all said that.
