Just make sure your son knows what ***** juice is. It is a common theme in his stand up right now. I saw him last week and it was a great show.

Word. Glad it wasn't worse. Hoping that everyone involved recovers quickly. It sucks, but they're called "accidents" not "on purposes" for a reason. Now, if the dude was tanked, or driving like a jackass, then game on..

Thanks for the heads-up! Stan-O is almost 15; if I remember my teen years correctly, by 15 I had done my share of Independent Study on the subject of HooHahs and their related phenomena. I doubt there will be any major revelations for him in Dave's set.

Good to hear that it was a solid show.. I heard he was heckled somewhere in August and walked off stage and cancelled some dates, which is *so* Dave Chappelle.

There's nothing "accidental" about proceeding left through a stale red light. Call me an ******* all you want, but this guy nearly killed my wife because he either wasn't paying attention, or was in a hurry. I can't think of any other possible reason for doing what he did. Either way I have no sympathy for him.

I hear you amigo, but there's nothing "deliberate" about it either. Let's face it; for two cars to manage to contact each other, somebody Got It Very Wrong. People get it wrong; it happens. (And I definitely wasn't inferring that you're an ******* at all; I had to be removed from an Emergency Room when I nearly attacked a doctor who was stitching a cut in my then-five year old son's eyebrow, I know how it all goes Red Fog when someone hurts someone you love..). I was just saying that there's no reason to wish harm on the guy. He didn't set out to harm anybody, he just fucked up big time.

Peace my brother. Thank god she wasn't killed; there's a Christmas Gift right there that beats the **** out of any consumer electronics, hands down.

Truth be told, I don't actually wish harm to the guy. Or girl, we don't know. I'm just venting because Christmas is suddenly a lot less fun. Plus I have to maintain my E-thug reputation as a hardcore Navy seal ninja assassin.

It's just infuriating thinking about what could have happened. Nothing sets the tone for your activities like waking up to a phone call from the Police saying "there's been an accident".

Now I have to deal with insurance companies.

I ******* loved that car too.

I hate cheap aftermarket Toyota coils with a passion.
I had to buy a set in a hurry, and they crapped out already.

When I first got here it was like 20 up and 5 down or something retarded, so glad to see them spending money on useful things that benefit me personally.

Anyone else here have really ******* wide feet? I'm currently looking for a shoe that doesn't appear to have been inspired by a 13yr old after sniffing paint and watching Ren & Stimpy.

I need a 4E in the size 12 range to properly support my duck paddles.

I bought a pair of NB BackPack sneakers, but had to return them. 2E is a no-go.

Currently looking at these:Rockport ProWalker M7100 Sport White/Wheat - Zappos.com Free Shipping BOTH Ways

These seems to be the best balance between old people and ADHD inspired styles.

Anyone got any other ideas? My location makes sandles 24/7/365 possible and the only other pair of shoes I own are 7-8yr old ES skate shoes.

I've spent the majority of my foot career just buying 1.5 sizes up and hoping for the best. I properly measured my foot and it turns out I'm around a 11.5/12, but 4E width.

I'm not sure exactly what 4E translates to (I wear a size 14, but in regular width), however my experience has been that Timberland offers a variety of shoes in hard-to-fit sizes, and they do, in fact, make more than just workboots. Example:

Timberland - Men's Earthkeepers® 2-Eye Boat Shoe

If there's a retailer in your area that stocks Timberland, I'd see if they can order something like that for you to try on. Alternately, Zappos.com sells the whole Timberland catalog and offers free returns. This is where I buy my size 14 Timberland Titan neck-stompers from.

Thanks for the link, guys. I should have mentioned that I am trying to avoid ANY workout shoe, boat shoe or boot. Trying to keep it in the "sneaker-ish" style while keeping a low profile and a flat sole. I have very strong feet and like to have a shoe that feels as close to barefoot as can be without actually be barefoot or wearing Vibrams.

I have a pair of these to fulfill my ADHD needs:

Best running shoe I've ever owned.

Edit: Joe, this is my foot.

Hmm. Have you checked out Lems shoes? The toe box is really, really wide. Might work even though they don't come in widths. I have a pair of these and love them:

I like those a lot. I sent them an email asking for a width chart.

I found these: Drew Hampton | Hampton Shoes
I like the brown leather combo. Not sure about the sizing (wtf is 4w?) and the fact that they are orthopedics. ****.
