Some other **** happened too. Hustler rode a bicycle, and FaeFlora is either banned again or unbanned again, it will have changed by the time you read this.
And Scott took well-composed pictures of a cat.
Disclaimer: I did not build this thing, just doing some minor odds and ends like building a nasty 383 for it and hacking out enough inner fender to allow the front wheels to actually turn. We get a ton of these cars. The young entrepreneurs who own them never argue about price, and pay in cash peeled from enormous rolls.
any iphone is ****.. compare the specs.. 2010 technology.
1 gig of ram, 1.4ghz processor, shitty video card with shared ram, 8mp camera, no expansion slot... list goes on.
Note 4 on the other hand,
3gb ram, 2.7ghz processor, great video card with some dedicated ram, 16mp camera, expansion slot..

In my researching, I saw people bitching about how the Note4 doesn't have a 64 bit processor. Now, I don't consider myself a real hardcore phone user. As long as it makes calls, emails, browses, and can take a picture without lagging too bad, I'm happy. The Note4 would be a significant upgrade for me for all of the productivity/multitasking functions it has.
Likewise, I have no idea what the specs are on my Galaxy Victory, but I'm happy to have it with me all the time. It doesn't respond quite as quickly as my friends S4, but it's not as though I get bored waiting for it.

It used to be that we could compare one device to another based on clock speed. That worked well so long as everyone was using the same architecture.
Then came the Core Wars. I've actually seen tablets advertised from reputable vendors wherein under "Specifications," the CPU is listed merely as "dual core" or "quad core" without telling me anything at all about the architecture, speed, etc.
I guess that the bus-width pissing contest is inevitable. Yet another mostly useless metric that's easy to latch onto.
I wish I could predict what the next silly metric will be. Maybe CPU core voltage, with poorly informed children expressing a preference for higher-voltage CPUs merely because it sounds cooler. "The S7 only has 1.2 volts, but my old iPhone 8 has 1.5! What kind of dumbass would buy a phone that only has 1.2 volts?"

Am i the only one who has a problem with all these racing events being called "street car" events? They won't let me participate unless i heavily modify and outfit my car with safety equipment that i don't need for it to be a "street car". Am i wrong in thinking that these modifications will class my car as a "race" or "track" equipped car?

Nobody understands the meanings of these technical things, but they have been told they are important.
