Water makes a big difference in the dough. Having them reheated in LA probably makes them not so great.
I am hoping they at least cook them in the coal oven first and reheat in LA. The coal oven gives a unique flavor/texture to the crust.
This seems more like marketing for JetBlue than a viable source for NY pizza in LA.

I've got some philly cheesesteaks to sell you btw.
Today I learned: A resonator can also be called, A 'Spark Arrestor'.
So, riddle me this... Lets say, I would like to change out my full FRS exhaust to a 3" system that would include 3 resonators AND wouldn't mind burbles and fire spitting out the rear. Will I possibly be preventing this from happening? 3 Resonators as configured (2 in front pipe, 1 in cat-back), is mainly to cut out highway drone and give the exhaust a low deep ubaru tone/rumble. No cats will be harmed or included in the full exhaust.
Thoughts?
A spark arrester (sometimes spark arrestor) is any device which prevents the emission of flammable debris from combustion sources, such as internal combustion engines, fireplaces, and wood burning stoves.
Spark arresters play a critical role in the prevention of wildland fire and ignition of explosive atmospheres. Consequently, their use is required by law in many jurisdictions worldwide.

I wasn't - but I don't own anything that can measure torque that high. Checked my impact gun and it claimed to break 900ftlbs, therefore I wondered if it would do the same in the other direction. Local Porsche specialist told me tight as f@ck works.

Seriously, man, this is like asking "how heavy is a rock? "

If I still had mine and were planning on staying NA, I would likely do as follows.
JDL UEL header
JDL quiet front pipe
Dezod or JDL cat-back.

Yeah, I think hi_im_sean covered that.
I asked because the adjuster appears to adjust the power in both directions. The manual only lists "Maximum Torque" but not tightening or loosening. It's the original ½" earthquake #2623 that a few here have- like sixshooter and ZX-tex.

If you take the back cover off the expose the porting into the vane chamber, you can tell that way, if its that important to you. If the inlet is centered (180* from the outlet) then its same tq f/r. If offset either direction, then unequal f/r rating. usually reverse has the higher rating. The side with the inlet closer to the outlet will have less torque.
