Precisely.

Weak, 5th "snow storm" this season. Typically we only get maybe one a year, some years none at all. At least I got home 5 hours early tonight, but tomorrow will suck double.

I ******* hate insomnia. I get a good nights sleep probably 1/5 nights of the week now. I'll be exhausted, flop down in bed but toss and turn for hours. I once went to bed (having slept 4 hours the night before) at 12 and was still up at 4. ******* hate it.

EDIT: On a side note, where do people get the below-radio gauge mounts?

Get regular exercise. And only sleep in bed, no watching tv, reading, etc. Humans are creatures of habit. Avoid caffeine and sugar within 4 hours of bedtime.
