I just want to thank you guys for keeping this forum awesome.

Because.... fuck me. This is what i deal with the rest of the time.

What manual transmission will line up with the SHO V8? - Performance Probe Forum

I LOLed.

(I can also imagine what would happen if that same question were asked here. After everyone calmed down from OMG, A GIRL ON THE INTERWEBZ!!!!!11ONE, the silly answers would rain down like semen from the upper bunk of Hustler's childhood bedroom.)

I had a thread on another forum that was dedicated to only brain-benders that i found on the MX6/Probetalk/PerformanceProbe forums.

These guys are something else.

well the site is called "performance probe"

and I guess that's in contrast to maybe "lazy penetrator"?

I honestly have 2 huge Foreman grills at my bakery for sammiches in lieu of a $2k+ panini press. They work just as good and I have way more surface area to work with.

They occasionally burn out but its like $40 to replace one. Walmart finally caught on to me taking advantage of their warranty...

Glad I'm not the only one!

I'd be curious to know the context of this. Was it in regard to the "not-a-rail" fuel rail, the NB-style RRFPR system, or...?

The not-a-rail fuel rail.

Hmm. As much as I hate to poo-poo on Corky, that always has struck me as a tad hokey. 'Twas a solution to an inconveniently-packaged supercharger system that get re-branded as a go-fast part. The overall effect is reminiscent of something designed at 3am in the paddock of a LeMons race as a solution to allow the engine out of a team member's Toyota to be installed into a Soviet-made truck of 1970s vintage whose crankshaft is still being swept up off the track under caution.

Anybody know anything about the Nissan NV200? We're looking at maybe buying a few to use as news vans.

The specs seem kinda wimpy as compared to the E250s that we're used to.

I have buddies that use the big NV3500s and love them, for whatever that's worth. Drive them all over the country loaded up with tons of junkyard parts in the back.

The NV200 is the minivan version with a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder. It's a Versa. The NV2500/3500 is the E250/E350 equivalent based on the Titan pickup drivetrain.

Jets, apparently belonging to the USAF Thunderbirds, are making low, high speed passes over the building where I work right now. Rochester air show is this weekend, and they are drumming up business. Very loud, very cool.

Need some quick advice/ideas from the brain trust of brilliance MT.

My super daily 01 Frontier 2.4 5spd has developed it's first real problem. I turn the key and it doesn't start. Nothing happens at all. But it only happens sometimes. I haven't been stranded, yet. Sometimes it starts like normal. I have no idea how to even begin diagnosing this. First guess is the starter.

Symptoms:
-doesn't start
-no noise being made at all when it doesn't start
-turn key back and forth a few times
-starts
-other times I get in and it starts like normal
-???
-profit
