Nothing fancy, just plain ole' unflavored Silk brand. Didn't care for the soy milk, but the almond-based stuff tastes great (better than cows milk, IMO) works well on cereal, and is 60 cal per 8oz serving and doesn't fuck with the digestive system at all.
