I'm back to the forums since i sold my last miata. Today I get to vote. And today i'm going to play SC2 or tribes. I don't know which.

 

So while at work I decided to order battery for an old laptop I have at home thinking I'll use it for my Hydra tuning. Well, I have two old laptops sitting around..a really old Dell C400. This thing is GREAT for tuning since it's very small and light. But it has a bad battery. My "nicer" old laptop is a buisness HP NX7000 with a nice 15" screen. This one has a dead battery and has to be on the wall at all times to work. The Dell will go 30 minutes or so before shutting down. So I order a battery for the HP, but ordered one for a NX9000, not a NX7000. Dammit. Got it from buy.com. So I called tham to cancel the order. They tell me it can't be canceled now because it's coming from a third party vendor and it has been shipped. They told me to just refuse the package and that when the original shipper gets it back that a full refund will be given. At least it's only $30. So I'm going to wait to order the correct battery until I get the refund on my CC. Hell, I might get a battery for both laptops- continue to use the C400 for tuning since it takes 30 seconds to be up and running and is small...and use the NX7000 to go to school with me since I won't get butthurt if anything happens to it.

First world problems.

 

Dude I have the same problem. Just buy a power converter for the cig lighter. Its cheaper than a new laptop battery.
