I've seen pics of broken fork steerers on those shitty $300 china specials. A piece of newspaper was sticking out pretending to be carbon.

I like the sticker, though.

There are good cheaper carbon frames out there. Try chainreactioncycles.com. They've got a huge selection. Kinesis should have some good ones, since they're one of the major Taiwanese manufacturers for a lot of other brands.

I think im going to do the same. I usually eat a boring *** egg white omelette with chopped bell peppers, some shredded colby jack, and chopped turkey with a glass of orange juice and a ziplock bag of granola clusters (MMMM TASTY) from whole foods... then workout either at the gym or go for a run 3-4 hours after while consuming water during that 3-4 hours... take a ****, then consume whatever vitamin/powder regiment I sacrificed myself to 40 minutes before whatever I choose to do for a workout.

Then sit on the thunder bucket for about 5-15 minutes after.

Then eat/drink whatever I want, in moderation.

Build an electric bike like Joe Perez.

I actually don't consume much dairy at all, and when I do it's either raw, unpasteurized milk, grass-fed butter, and occasionally some nice cheese. I can't imagine I'd feel very good drinking 2 or 3 gallons of milk a day, but then I doubt I'd feel very good consuming the workout powder chemical cocktail either.

I know. it pretty much sucks any way you stack it.

I'm also grass-fed guy. I am still unsatisfied with my protein options at the moment. There's not really any good combinations of natural-ity and massive protein-ity.

now if you dont mind, I'm going to dive in to a pint of Cherry Garcia.

Awesome morning. I got to be the bearer of bad news to folks on the mothership. Because they didn't want to listen to me when building out a new facility of ours, they now have a recurring $6k/mo WAN bill for a total of two users who shall use it part time. That's $6/mo for the next 3 years folks. All because they didn't want to talk to little ole nobodies like myself. This is what they call corporate waste.

$216,000 over the next three years so two people can sometimes use the WAN is not waste, rofl.

I forgot to mention that we currently don't have any circuits at the new place and those two local users needing corporate access (one being me) are using VPN to reach the mothership. I'd rather just split the $216k with the other guy and continue to use the VPN when I need to get to the corporate apps. But, they said no to that already. I had to try though.

I think you must have misunderstood some variable in the equation. Wasteful spending only occurs with the government. The private sector always spends efficiently.
