Hmm. I've done some Googling, and apparently there is a whole section of Penn Station that I have never been to. But some searching has revealed this concourse, which I'm completely unfamiliar with: And this Big Board, which I suspect may be the one you mean: |

Braineack is about to flake on me. I requested his help to frame and raise shed walls this weekend. That's what I get for penciling him in.
I guess I can just turn the shed into some sort of stage for live music. Or maybe a remote deck. https://www.miataturbo.net/attachmen...ine=1371645674 |
I have a legitimate reason... I need to do a clutch job. I'd much rather hammer nails and raise a wall.

I needed to step up the replacement date, the pedal has run out of adjustment, the rod is so short there's about 3" of freeplay before you actually depress the TOB. The clutch engages mm's off the floor, I fear it won't last another few weeks of DDing in traffic before the gear start grinding. I have the clutch kit in possession and the tools necessary to do the swap so I need to get on it. Happy wife, happy life.

Just watched my father mix coolant with tap water. We could have bought 50/50 pre-mix.
"I'm not paying an extra two dollars for water." He is the cheapest man alive. |

Yea but you can't mix tap water. It needs to be distilled! Which is probably a few dollars...
Side note: MT.net has been slow as balls, and appeared to be down last evening for a bit... anyone else experiencing this? Only this website has been slow for me. |

How is that being cheap? You get double the amount of coolant, you just have to mix it with water yourself. Maybe he isn't cheap, you're just lazy? And I don't exactly follow. The 50/50 is cheaper because it does have water. The non mixed is a few dollars more because it has twice the amount of the stuff you should actually be buying. I thought 50/50 was for non car people, and women, anyway.
B) I don't always have an extra gallon jug laying around And lastly, I've seen this man pour an entire gallon of coolant in his washer fluid reservoir. He's done the same thing, with used motor oil, kept in a coolant jug, when he went to top-off. It probably cost $10 in washer fluid, to flush that stuff out. :giggle: We now label things, but I prefer to keep things in the original containers, for that reason. |
