FWIW, he also claimed 153hp / 98tq at 6200RPM. He couldn't explain that the math didn't add up. 98rwtq = 115rwhp, but we have lots of videos of it idling.

He's so damn hard headed he had no clue. The idea is cool he's just too cheap and lazy to do it right. Hard way to learn simple basic of turboing a car.

The amount of money he spent making "the worlds' most half *** turbo kit",he could have purchased a good quality used kit and be boosting safely.

Damn ricers.

The only thing he proved to the doubters was that he confirmed he was mentally challenged and not plain stupid.

That's nothing, did you see pictures of the zip ties holding the turbo in place.

BTW I pretty sure the dryer duct was used for the exhaust side of the turbo.

Wow...hilarious.

I've actually talked to a guy who was interested in rear mount..done correctly. Touching on issues like possibly having a remote oil reservoir just for the turbo (maybe a cooler on it??) and such. Much more intelligent approach.

Hell I'm cheap as a **** and I still see it as doing it the right way. I think thus far I've spent about....900 dollars odds and ends and I'm only finishing my turbo rebuild and getting my MS installed away from boost. I can get a exact amount for anyone who's curious to see where the money went.

did they need to be given a bad name? when you have a car with all the space you could possibly need for a turbo in the engine bay, why the hell would you do a remote mount?

the only reason for them is on a packed v8 engine bay, and even then they're pretty gay. put them in the front bumper or something.

Guys! Do you think my wife's 24 valve taurus can run a remote mount t-76 @ 35 psi on the stock injectors and timing? Will I have to run premium?

Oh... does anyone know what the pressure rating on that light weight racing dryer duct stuff is?

Thanks
