Default Innovate OT-1 OBDII Datalogger

Just saw this thing. I was thinking about it just as a tool to have. My Miata is '93 so doesn't apply, but I've got my Speed6 and any future cars will probably be OBDII. My next Miata certainly will be.

The device plugs into your OBDII port and will datalog all of your stock sensors... makes great sense on a modern factory turbo car.

I'm familiar with the DashHawk but the cost is prohibitive. The OT-1 is half as much and you just need a laptop... which you'd need anyways with the DashHawk to do any useful viewing of the data.

For $150, is there anything else out there that does the same for less? Anybody have one? Thoughts? Again, I have no specific use or need right now other than as a toy/tool?
