Apparently there is a story that Neil overheard his childhood neighbors in quarrel, and heard the wife say "I will give you oral sex when the neighbor kid goes to the moon."

When he was on the moon he made a reference and just said "Youre welcome"

From what I understand, the story has been proven to be apocryphal. But it's still funny.
