Meet Bandit. Bandit has a problem. Bandit likes to **** in his litter box. But Bandit also likes to **** everywhere but in the litter box. Bandit is pissing his caretakers off. Please help Bandit not become an outdoor kitty.
Seriously, like wtf? He's much shyer than his sis, but will dump 5ft away on the carpet... nasty smelly not totally solid ones too. Trying to understand his fobia or something. What do i need to do? Thoughts please!

he may have a uti, or some other issue.
usually when they start to do that there's a reason -- it might even be as simple as he doesnt like the litter youre using cause it hurts his paws to cover the **** up, but doesnt bother with burying the pee.
