RANT.... Sam I'm in the Army and just got back from Iraq last year. Here were the rules we had. If your married no fucking anyone unless your wife was there but who's wife is there... As far as I know there aren't any rules about having porn in Afghanistan, I don't really know cause I don't have any, so never really cared to find out, but there are quite a few guys with 1TB+ of porn floating around on the FOB so I assume it's legal.
