Thank god there are more turbo'd miatas than stanced miatas in Detroit.

In fact i can't think of one stanced miata. Probably because it's nearly impossible to drive a stock one around on these roads.

I think people in Flordia are far less intelligent than people in other parts of the country, in general. Especially with cars and driving. Its horrible.

You've never been to Rhode Island.

I have to say that a lot of what you see of the car scene in florida is stance import **** or gangsta/baller setups. We have a large hispanic and african american community which contributes to this heavily. However, in Tampa there are a lot of reputable speed shops that put out really nice cars. If you travel to some of the more redneck areas you will also see some well prepped race or offroad vehicles that are all go and no show.

There are a lot of nice, well prepped cars here, but its still pretty small compared to the amount of slammed morons you see. I think a large part of the motorsports shops is that you can race all year down here, so there are more people doing it than there are in say Michigan (where I'm from).

Michigan = murikan v8 sausage fest.

Though, most of the people in Michigan think car racing is a tree with lights on it. So dumb, but boy do they do it good.

Good God that makes me sick. I see people drooling over 15x 9999999 wheels with 175 tires over them when plain looking "racecars" that are drivable are sitting next to them get no love.
