Only way it wouldn't suck was if you threw money at it to fix it from the get go... Oki cars all suck. Imagine having a car live in an environment that's constantly hit with severe flooding and its right in the middle of the ocean. Everything is rusted to shit. Any decent car has to get imported, or you need to find a good owner selling their car.

Had to ship my FD from mainland (and even then, I found signs of rapage) , and I'm shipping my miata that I'm buying from Mainland as well. Only way to get a car with as little rust as possible, and it isn't raped and abused by the americans.

That reminds me of the old "GRIP" street racing/JDM videos circa like 2001. There was a whole segment featuring Americans in Japan with 180sx drifting in the snow and hitting shit in the mountains.

This thread is now officially terrible. That mower was awesome for the past year... going on 15yrs old and cuts like a champ. B&S motor that was well taken care of and a new blade = like new. I totally felt like Forest Gump every time I get on it though.

House in VaBch doesn't have a yard big enough to warrant riding mower and I don't have an out-building or shed to keep it in.
