I agree Jay I hate hearing about people beating porshes when the driver is a novice, it doesn't mean your civic is better you just have more ***** because your **** isn't worth anything.

Again guys I have to repeat myself NO RACE TIRES!!!

He is on Street tires so I hae to be aswell, nothing 140 treadware and below.

I'm trying to sell my ssr's to fund some 15x9's and waiting to hear about a hardtop, the race seat I bought doesn't fit quite like I want it too so it might have to go (The top flares out about an inch to wide as with the bottom).

GT2871 is on and will definately give me alittle more get up and go than the t25.

Thinking about making a rollbar cause shipping is killer up here :(

What street tires are you going to use that require a 15X9" wheel?

His times at the first event were never duplicated and thus I'm led to belive were fictious. His times were 1:08 mine were 1:13's at the first round.

Rest of that season he ran 1:13's and I managed to beat him at the second event running a 1:11 (a buddy with a very nice ITR came in second with a 1:12) and the last event I got 3rd as I was running the same shitty azenis and pulled a boner by not changing tires, time that day was 1:14

My 1:11 run was second fastest on street tires that year (1:11.64 vs 1:11.34)

Basiclly no track time last year (ran a few laps; broke things, had ZERO traction at 14psi on 205's), helped run the events rather than get on track as they implemented rollover protection rules, and I was left with no money for tires, rollbar/hardtop and other things (new house and started school)

Car is getting a whole new turbo system based off an HY35 turbo, SS manifold and downpipe again. Now have a 6speed to replace all the busted 5 speeds. 99 head is going on, lightweight ebay flywheel, wide wheels and tires.

Looking for alot of power this year(375rwhp ish), and I'll be getting atleast a half cage.

It cost money to be fast, no matter whether you buy it fast of make it fast. all racers are wallet racers.

glad to see your looking into some safety. I'd feel pretty naked without my roll bar.

That was the first thing I noticed when I looked at the first page.....wheres the rOooOolll bar!!
