i'm not from .NET thanks. this is the first miata forum i've asked for help. Sorry that it bothers you. how is it that i have a shitty attitude? you're the one that started the bullshit. not me. remember that. i'm just asking questions. learning. which, believe it or not, you did at one point in time. you didn't just KNOW it all.

if you don't like what i'm asking, don't view the thread. the people that actually are helping shoudl view it. if you don't like it, don't post. it's not a complicated situation.

What the hell man? Way to look after the new people. Hell, we were all new once. Philip, you run this site like you wish we would all shut up and leave you alone.

Don't you think it would be better to encourage the new people in the right direction instead of dismissing them out of hand?

Just my 2 cents.

If you're looking for a supercharger that is really is a belt-driven turbocharger, look here:

www.jacksonracing.com

Supposedly there is a kit for the Miata at this "new" Jackson Racing.

I won't comment on Philip's approach, I won't tell my host how to act in his own house when I'm a guest.

But he's got a bit of a point. Did you do ANY reading before firing off your first post? I don't think this is a fundamentally anti-supercharge place to come, but you have to think given the name that information about supercharging your miata would be a little light at miataTURBO.net.

You do know that doing research isn't just asking questions on the first forum you come accross right?

It's Philip's way of weeding out the weenies from coming to his site.

Dude.... Is it time for the meds again?

Instead of just posting and bitching, why not tell him where he should be putting an intro? There's no newbie forum.... I don't see where it goes other than here? I do believe you actually told somebody to put an "intro" thread here a few weeks ago.....

Just because he's seaking information about something that you don't approve of, doesn't make it wrong.... Other-side of what again?

Chill-out.... Relax....

I'm with supersaiyan93....

Dave,

Well, I'm not trying to make this a Philip vs. anybody thread. What I said above is just a suggestion. Hell, it's his forum, he can do what he wants with it. I'm just trying to point out that we would all benefit from a little more courtesy, even when every fiber of our body wants to let the newbie have it!

heh, he's a m.netter now.

http://forum.miata.net/vb/showthread.php?t=216397

food for thought: if you walk over to the chevy dealership and ask which is the best full size ford pickup to buy, they'd probably punch you in the nuts too!

If that dude can't take the heat, then gtfo of the kitchen before Sirhan Sirhan caps your ***.
