Default NOVA shop to do block work - who do you recommend?

Northern Virginia peeps...Braineack et al...you mentioned there's some competent shops in NoVA. Any names you guys would recommend?

A fellow autoxer/Miata owner probably spun a rod bearing on his FFS '02 Miata.

He's looking for an affordable shop that is used to Miatas. Someone had mentioned CDOC, IIRC.

thanks in advance!
