LC1 WBO2 Sensor Failure??
Has anyone ever had their sensor like... Delivered to you defective???
Started to really get frustrated, no matter what I did the AFR would NEVER stay steady under any condition. Idle, cruise, WOT, etc.. Just bounced around like a freaking Pinball. It claimed no matter how much fuel I pulled, the car would Idle at 7:1... Somehow, I highly doubt that was the case.
Tried three times recalibrating the heater and free air, made no difference. Checked all my configs like a million times, no difference.
Just happened to have another Bosch WB sensor laying around from another project, ran calibration, installed.. VIOLA!! Now the car is running a LOT better, and shows idle at 14:1, WOT it actually dips down to 12 and 11:1 like I've been telling it ever so sweetly to do.
That couldn't be a problem, Right? 7:1 or 20:1? Gotta find out if this sensor has a warranty... Never worked right from day 1!

Thats a log after doing NOTHING other than changing out with a brand new sensor, running calibration on it, installing in the car and driving. I've checked all the connections which are good, settings correct, it had to be a bad sensor from the start.
