I put this in BS because it's just that.
Wife's car is an 03 Protege. We got it as a rebuilt salvage car in 04 with 24K for only $6400. It's been a truly "drive and forget" appliance. Utterly flawless. I put one wheel bearing in it at about 80K. That's it, except for oil changes and a rare air filter and a set of tires. Well, yesterday at 113K, it threw a P0300 random misfire code. Figured the stock plugs migh need to be replaced. Picked up a set and splurged on a set of wires. All I can say is COP's rock. Plugs looked good, nice even color, even with the .060-.065" plug gaps, lol.
Seems to be code free again.
That is all.
