I just got $15 from paypal two days ago after buying my new intercooler on ebay. I seriously had no idea i was even signed up. I just got an email from paypal and thought it was a scam. But I logged into paypal yesterday to check something and sure enough I have $15 from paypal, who happens to be a verified buyer. ha. nice.
