We are considering driving a car in Friday night and camping through Sunday, do they search cars that well?

 

DON'T camp at the bottom of 10a unless you are 17 and like all sorts of different music (at the same time) and staying up all night.

Last year was one of the worst experiences ever.

This year I'm bringing an RV and will in spot #2 outside the track on the back straight. Nice flat and quiet. I'd suggest setting up your tent in the infield or even somewhere near where we are going to be. NOT near all the other tents!!

 

Oh, and they don't search cars at all.

 

Good luck finding a place to pop up a tent. Got there on a Thursday one year and had to camp in the woods. Gotta show up Wed to get a decent spot.

 

Good to know on both accounts, we are getting in late Friday and with the rain this could get interesting. Maybe that will clear up some camping spots though

lol - non-meet meet. Need to get together for a club meet sometime. several years ago we had like 5/6 MT guys all get together at the Toyrun. Lars, Sixshooter, Track, Collin, me and a couple others I forget.
I do remember Collin hitting a steel pipe in the middle of the skid pad at T6/7. Was a fun night!
