Just bought this one a few weeks ago. My beater 99 miata wasn't cutting it any more and I wanted something faster. This car used to be a local guy's daily driver/track car and already has KW V3s, OS Giken diff, Weds wheels, and a bunch of cooling mods. And 260-270hp. It has a super stiff exedy race clutch in it that was making it really hard to sell, so I got a smoking deal on the car. The Greddy fart can is annoying to look at, but jesus it sounds amazing. This car couldn't replace my gutted and caged miata for track use, but it's a really fun and comfy daily driver so far.

and because chevy knew it would make people feel special and buy more s10s.

"The 2nd generation S10 was introduced in 1994. Along with that came the all new Chevy SS S10(RPO – B4U). About 2756 (est.) SS's were made a year. They were each equipped with the 4.3L V6 producing 185 hp and on up to 200 hp Stock! and were all 4L60 automatic transmissions. The SS was introduced with only three colors: Onyx Black, Summit White, Apple Red.

In 1994 and 1995, the SS came with 15" cast aluminum wheels, and chrome center caps and red bowties. SS badging and fog lamps were standard equipment as well. The rear-end was a 3.42 limited slip gear."

also, "bucket" seats

Wow. over the years they've really bastardized that badge.

lol

I do like those little pickups though. We had a '99 S10 with that V6 and it was a great little truck.

I really thinking about importing one next year.....
Real.
'06 IS350s run 12-15,000 here in decent condition.
Personally I think they're a ******* bargain right now. 305hp, mid 20's mpg, unbreakable drivetrain, mildly luxurious...all for less than a new civic.

My old DD
1995 1.8 Miata

Actually i want to build this one ,but then i got the white Miata cheap (hated the red Color anyway )

The red one has low miles and zero rust so it will achieve a good price and that means more performance parts for the White Turbo
