That driver has ALL the skillz. Im not sure if those have some sort of auto chute deployment system, but did you notice how quick those came out too?

Edit- nm , looks like lanyard is connected to the body in case it strips itself off like it did.

I'd love a follow-up to know what the outcome and backstory was.

I do know in many states you are not required to pull over for an unmarked vehicle, much less a POV. A reasonable officer would simply call it in and tail them from a distance if they had done something wrong.
