What you described sounds a lot like a heart attack, and just because you didn't die, doesn't mean you didn't have one.
Next time, call 911.
Most EMS departments do a 12 lead on the spot.
If they say you are having a heart attack, go with them.
If they say that everything looks normal, just refuse transportation.
My local service doesn't charge for non-transport call.
Even if they do charge for a 12-lead, it won't cost much, and it's worth knowing whether or not you had a heart attack or not.
